How To's:

Yellow Thai Curry Broth

You'll need:

  • 1 Gallon Fish Stock
  • 5 Cloves Garlic - crushed
  • 3 Stalks Lemongrass - crushed
  • 7 Coins Gingerroot - sliced
  • 3 Shallots

Infuse together in a large stockpot over medium heat for 1 hour. Strain and add:

  • 1 cup Nouc Mam (Fish Sauce)
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 5 cans Coconut Milk
  • 1 cup Lime Juice
  • 5 oz. Yellow Thai Curry Paste
